Is my payment gone through?

You will receive an email straight after your purchase to stating your payment confirmation.

How can I have my invoice?

You will receive the invoice once your delivery completed by email. It takes another working day after delivery to receive your invoice.

What happens if my items damaged?

Please check the items during the delivery and confirm with delivery man that you are satisfied with package. They would need your signature and age verified.

Do I need my ID to collect my order?

Yes you need your ID to verify your identity so delivery person can pass you your package.

What do I do if I am not happy with wines?

If you are not happy with wines or they are damaged, just get in touch and we are happy to help to direct you next step with unhappy item.

How can I buy as a wholesale from you?
