Kavaklıdere Altın Köpük is a sparkling wine made from a blend of native Turkish grapes, primarily the Emir grape, known for its fresh and vibrant character. Here are the tasting notes:
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.
- Aroma: Fresh and aromatic, with notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by floral hints and a touch of minerality. There may also be subtle nuances of stone fruits like peach or apricot.
- Palate: Light-bodied and refreshing, with crisp acidity. The flavors are dominated by bright citrus and green apple, along with a hint of pear and a touch of brioche or yeastiness from the secondary fermentation. The bubbles add a lively, effervescent quality.
- Finish: Clean and refreshing, with a pleasant citrus and green apple aftertaste that lingers lightly.

You should keep your delivery note and all packaging and should notify us immediately if any of the order is missing or damaged. If you do not receive your parcel you are required to notify non-delivery within 14 days in order for VinoTurco (EUR LTD) to action any investigation for missing or damaged stock.
