For the first time in Turkey, the traditional method was used to produce Yaşasın, a sparkling wine. The other special characteristic of this sparkling wine is that Kalecik Karası grapes, a major grape harvested in the Anatolian region, were processed (Blanc de noir or white from black – a wine produced entirely from black grapes) to produce Yaşasın.

Description

Yasasin Kalecik Karasi is a Turkish sparkling wine crafted from the Kalecik Karasi grape, which is known for producing delicate, aromatic reds but also works beautifully in sparkling wines. Here are the tasting notes:

Appearance: Pale salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles.
Aroma: Aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, accompanied by floral hints and a subtle minerality. There’s often a touch of citrus zest, adding freshness to the bouquet.
Palate: Light and refreshing, with a crisp acidity. Red fruit flavors dominate, especially wild strawberry and tart cherry, with a touch of pomegranate and lemon. The texture is lively, and the bubbles add a creamy mouthfeel that balances the fruitiness.
Finish: Clean, refreshing, and slightly dry, with lingering notes of berry and a hint of citrus zest.

Yasasin Kalecik Karasi is a versatile sparkling wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, light salads, and soft cheeses. It’s also a perfect aperitif, thanks to its fresh and vibrant profile.

If you are out, the delivery driver may be able to leave your order for you in accordance with the instructions that you gave us when you placed your order, for example, in a safe place or to a neighbouring address and if this is not possible, a card will be posted through your letterbox with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. You should keep your delivery note and all packaging and should notify us immediately if any of the order is missing or damaged. If you do not receive your parcel you are required to notify non-delivery within 14 days in order for VinoTurco (EUR LTD) to action any investigation for missing or damaged stock.
